Release Notes
A half ounce of every single bottle of whisky cracked open at the bar during the year 2016 went into this blend of over one hundred whiskies from around the world. You could drink nectar and ambrosia from the breasts of the gods. Or you could drink this demonic spirit raging with peat and alcohol straight from the devil's teats.

Nose: smooth and woody - yum!
Palate: peaty and magical aka dangerous!!!
Finish: wow... perfect!
Balance: divinely wonderful!
Amanda Broadwell
Nose: smell! Floral peat! Sweet sourness.
Palate: Taste! Yummy buttery burnt toast.
Finish: Unagi!
Balance: THIS HAUNTS ME
Andrew Pearce
Nose: butterscotch!!! faint caramel, cocoa, pebbles
Palate: partial white pepper, slightly salty
Finish: tangy finish
Balance: two-dimensional
Andy Smith
Palate: sweet and spicy
Finish: smooth!
Damian Gomez
Nose: peaty, burny, with a touch of sweet. I can't stop... seriously
Palate: Kaboom peat. Eventual lovely other stuff. Tad oily
Finish: It's a slow finish, but worth it. After working through the peat it's sweet
Balance: Not entirely balanced; weighs heavily towards peat. But still lovely
Gary Trousdale
Nose: sweet and peaty
Palate: sweet, syrupy with a firey end
Finish: fire
Balance: shockingly burning, befitting of the namesake
Jason Ly
Nose: Very light
Jesse Moro
Nose: sour straw
Palate: strawberries and peat, my new favorite dessert
Finish: that persistent ring of the bell - very nice
Balance: this is remarkable, but 113-117 whiskies makes a solid base. Peat overtones, good taste undertones.
Jim Leuper
Nose: peaty
Palate: nice solid peaty hit that fizzles out to thin metallic notes around the edges. Layers very slowly.
Finish: weak in the back with a center-of-chest pocket of heat. Layers but doesn't fill out.
Balance: this one is all about the front.
Kolja Erman
Nose: Speyside and Islay win out in the nose, soft, smokey and sweet
Palate: The peat won this battle but second and third are close behind with melty caramel sweetness
Finish: It definitely develops but the wrong way...
Balance: Love all the notes. My tongue travels the regions with every taste
Matt Van Loon
Nose: great nose for a blend
Balance: lots of peat but superb balance
Michael Svihura
Nose: nice, (?), delicate
Palate: creamy, a bit flat at times but wholesome
Finish: fruit, 9?)
Balance: extremely well-balanced, fades wonderfully
Nick Pineda
Nose: smokey and peaty
Palate: smokey and peaty
Finish: strong burn that lasts
Balance: lots of flavors, lots of peat
