A half ounce of every single UBWS bottle we cracked at the bar went into this procedural blend of over one hundred whiskies from around the world including many single malts and bourbons. A truly devilish mix. Our best one yet.

Nose: smell the sherry but also a whiff of peat in a surprisingly good blend
Palate: sweet at the top, finishes with smoky overtones, long lasting
Finish: spicy and woody, coating the mouth and tongue
Balance: sharp contrasts, but overall great balance, enjoyable throughout

Palate: flavour!
Finish: it's a family affair - the brother you love, the aunt who kisses
Balance: delight! it burns! wonderful! what's that? oh yes!

Nose: fireworks, the day after, sulfur, dragon's breath
Palate: angry vinegar, pop rocks soaked in plum sauce
Finish: apple juice, oak donuts, campfire dried clothing
Balance: content goats watch you nap on the side of the smoldering volcano

Nose: peaty (mildly) and creamy, caramel aromas
Palate: very peaty, reminds me of a good Ardbeg
Finish: long and satisfying

Finish: stays with you and grows slightly bitter

Nose: aggressive sweet, leather notes
Palate: spicy, burns a bit at the tongue, but is overall sweet
Finish: soft finish but sharp note on the tongue
Balance: surprisingly elegant, well done!

Nose: pepper, spicy
Palate: wood, smoke
Finish: spicy, slightly bitter
Balance: unusual and unexpected for a whole group of whiskies

Palate: just enough peat, but surprisingly not as complex as I thought

Nose: complex! (surprise!) mint licorice, spicy leather, some dried fruit
Palate: peaty, didn't notice this in the smell... cereal, nice
Finish: hard to pin down, nice, a bit medicinal
Balance: very strange and wonderful
